Facilities
Our facility is able to accommodate from the smallest group to the largest. If you are a one person show we also look after you. Once you become a member of our facility you would have access to all of our events that are free and be notified of any special occasions for our gym. We have a bond that no one has we do not just stop at training you or your group , but we also stay in contact at all times throughout your membership. We become one big family here in our facility and out.
Facility

We have several waiting areas for personal desire where to wait while loved ones train/exercise. We also have several television for different viewing. We have full restrooms. The facility also, is equipped with small kitchenette for drink mixtures such as protein shakes and etc.
Facility Parking
We have private parking where no one should worried about if there is enough parking or being towed. This facility has enough parking to accommodate any small vehicle.
Facility Training
We also have private sessions for people that have a busy life schedule, but at all times you would have one of the coaches/trainers near you or have access to for questions. We also have trained certify CPR, and First aid staff that will spot any danger to yourself or others.
